Working principle of batch type fluid bed dryer :
GFG series batch type fluid bed dryer is designed based on the GMP standard and is known for its enhanced drying capacity and sanitary operation condition. This design is mainly used to dry small granules and powder materials with good flowability in foodstuff, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
After being heated and filtered, the fresh hot air is blew into the air distributor at the bottom of the machine and penetrate through the perforated bowl on which wet materials are loaded. Under the effect of air-flow and agitator, the wet material is completely fluidized. During the fluidization, the moisture is rapidly evaporated. At the top of dryer, filter bags are fixed to separate fine products from the exhausted damp air. And the filter bags are regularly cleaned by compressed air jetting. At the exhaust vent, a silencer is combined to lower the noise.
