Working principle
Hot air enters the dryer bottom tangentially , and forms high-speed spiral air flow in the drying tower.
Hot air is kept at an optimal speed by adjusting the annulus size according to different material features.
Wet material is fed into the spin flash dyrer at a certain speed by screw conveyor and then is broken into uniform particles by the crushing device which is characterized by the multiply-layer flat blades and oblique blades. Large-size and wet particles fall down by gravity, and crushed by the crushing device at the dryer bottom.
A stable fluidized bed is formed by the uniform particles in the dryer tower,which guarantees the very low final moisture and avoids the products from being affected by the fluctuation of the initial moisture.
Dry product goes up with the hot air,and then is taken out of the spin flash dryer by draught fan.Product seperated in fabric dust collector is discharged via the airlock valve,while clean gas is vented.
