Q1:What is the standard packing for the machine?
A1:Usually plywood wooden cases .Unless otherwise specified, the equipment shall be packed in new and strong wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages so as to make the equipment withstand repetitious handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation.
Q2:Are your a manufacturer?
A2:Yes. Of course we are.We are spealized in pulp & paper equipment manufacturing in China for more than 17 years. There are about 10 paper mills near our factory and most of them are using our machines. So, welcome to visit our factory and I believe you will be satisfied with our products.
Q3:What is our payment terms?
A3:Our general payment terms is TT.Before production,our client should pay 50% deposit to us, and products production after the completion of the pictures to the customer, the customer see photos to pay the remaining 50%, finally, we arrange delivery.
Q4:What is our warranty?
A4:Our warranty period is 6 months. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, it can be compensated under normal operating conditions.
