Unique Inverted Tube Detection and Alarm System
Control every production link
HONGREAT unique inverted tube detection system, alarms timely in case of any tube direction inversion by worker’s misoperation while placing tubes, and will not pass into additive dose-spraying process, avoiding damaging the expensive precision spray system or affecting production.
Precision Ceramic Dosing-spraying System
HONGREAT newly self-developed customized ceramic metering dosing-spraying system, has low failure rate and accurate dosage. Plunger and plunger kit are made of high purity precision ceramic, normal working life reaches 100,000,000 times.
* Applied with leading SMC 3-axis or dual-axis servo control, nozzles rise gradually while spraying, which can spray more evenly. Product quality and test effect can be greatly improved.

optional for different BCT production demand.
1. EDTA K2 /K3: 5 or 10 nozzle precision ceramic spraying system optional;
2. Sodium citrate: 5 or 10 nozzle precision ceramic dosing system optional;

Precise Vacuum Digital Automatic Control System
HONGREAT self-developed intelligent digitized vacuum compensation system, vacuum degree is auto-compensated during vacuuming and cap-pressing. Intuitive control interface, simple and easily use even for ordinary workers. Vacuum blood tube of stable and high quality can be guaranteed in production process.
Frequency Converting Vacuum System
Latest frequency technology for vacuum pump, working / standby mode is selected automatically while machine running. Workload of pump is reduced, energy-saving, which is more, vacuum pump working life is extended.
