Maltodextrin is an ideal food additive for foods when it is necessary to improve some of their consumer properties.
Maltodextrins are a multicomponent mixture of Dglucose, maltose, maltotriose and polysaccharides. In appearance it is a white powder with a neutral or slightly sweet taste.

PROPERTIES OF MALTODEXTRINE
