Q2: Could I get a sample?
Yes. If you could not buy our products in your local market then we would like to ship you a sample. You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs. Express delivery charge depends on the quantities of samples you are going to order.

Q4: What is the price of shipping of a container and can I use Xingyue cooperated forwarder company to do our shipping?
Prices depends on depart and destination port of delivery, container sizes, ship companies. It is ok to let our forwarder to offer shipping service to you.
Q5: May I consolidate my orders into a container?
Yes, no more than 2 models recommended for a 20GP, 3 models for a 40GP or 40HQ.
Q6: May I visit your factory?
A:We always welcome customers to visit to our factory. The nearest airport is Yiwu international airport. We will supply you a ride from the airport to our factory taking 1.5hours. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.
Q7: Do you provide distributorship of sole agency authorizations?
Yes, we do. There are many aspects to discuss before any agency authorization is relased.
Q8: Do Xingyue models confirm to any standards of Europe, Canada, Japan and USA regulations?
Yes, we have achieved CE, GS, Rohs, Reach, PAHS,CSA, PSE, EPA, CARB etc.
Q9:How about warranty?
A: We supply 1% free east damaged spare parts on basis of container orders. If there are problem happened due to spare part defections, please email us with pictures for problem learning, if it is defective we will send the appropriate spare parts to you via air express. It is suggested to buy spare parts to build stock for future customer service.
