Purification tower is actually one of exhaust gas scrubber. Same as waste gas scrubber, it can be divided into horizontal type and vertical type, the working principle is acid mist neutralization reaction by physical capture and chemical capture.
Whole set of devices can be made of acid plastics like PP boards and PVC boards. Low operation cost and easy maintenance with low energy cost.
Application:lead-acid battery manufacturing industry, electroplating factory, solar silicon wafer plant, electronic circuit board factory,nickel screen, aluminum foil, steel pickling and rare earths are potential acid fog makers.
Treatment Process:
- Before scrubbing, part of VOCs in the exhaust air will be firstly decomposed by Ozone.
- While go through the separation filter, pollutants in the exhaust air will be separated from the air. Meanwhile, part of the pollutants will be bring into the circulation water tank by the water sprayed by the high speed spiral nozzle.
- After being washed, mist in the exhaust air will be effectively blocked by the Stainless Multi-Layer Mist Eliminator. By doing so, it can help extending the use of activated carbon filter.
- Washed air will react with ozone again to remove more VOCs before it goes through the activated carbon filters.
- Before washed air goes into the fresh air, it will be further filtered by the multi-layer activated carbon filters to remove VOCs, odor, dust and particles as the final treatment.
* With the use of Ozone, it can increase the VOCs, odor removal efficiency. Furthremore, use of Ozone will not produce second pollution.
