Tubular falling film evaporator has the characteristics of simple structure, low investment, high heat transfer efficiency, heating surface easy cleaning, low power consumption, high outlet concentration, high operating flexibility and component is firm, easy to repair, long service life, not easy scaling, has been be widely used in food, chemical, desalination, paper making and other industries.


Working principle

The separating chamber of the falling film evaporator is under the heat exchanger.

The material enters the pre-heat pipeline in the center of the heat exchanger through the recirculation pump, and it flows in circulation in this pipeline and it is slightly heated in it with little quantity of vapor being generated in the upper space.

The distribution plate can guarantee that the material is uniformly distributed in the material heating pipe.

The material enters the inner wall of the heating pipe through the distribution plate with the liquid film being formed on the pipe wall and vapor being generated inside the pipe, and the vapor can help to speed up the downward flowing of the liquid film.

The vapor and liquid mixture flows into the separating chamber at the bottom of the evaporator.

The vapor and material are separated from each other before the secondary vapor enters the next effect unit through the mist&bubble separator.

The liquid returns to the pre-heating zone of the heating unit through the circulation pup to continue circulation.
