Material
1.Standard: GB/T1591-2008, ASTM A36, ASTM A572. 2.Mill certificate from mill factory must be enclosed; 3.Elongation test and the chemical composition analysis must be taken
Plasma Cutting & Molding
Cutting the raw material to meet all the standard required into different length and width.
Use the largest CNC press to complete the bending of steel plate;
Forming the steel plate into the shape (circular or polygonal or other shape )
Welding
After molding, weld the steel plate together. Usually it is longitudinal welds.
Galvanization
All poles internally and externally are to be hot-dip galvanized.
Standard: Chinese standard GB/T 13912-2002 and American standard ASTM A123; or any other standard by client required.
Inspection
All the finished products should be inspected by our specialized QC in every manufacture steps and before shipment.
Our poles as normal cover by sea/road-worthy wooden packing material, anyway also can following by client required, each 40HQ or OT can loading how many pcs will calculation base on the client actually specification and date.
Before shipment, we have a final inspector manager to check the products on every detail and component to make sure it all meet the drawing.
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
Shipping seaport: Qingdao Seaport. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.
2. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
3. Delivery: for electric pole, goods can be ready for shipment within 10 workdays after receiving deposit.
4. How can I get a price of needed pole?
A: Please give the exactly dimensions such as tensile strength, height, thickness, material, top and bottom diameter. We can according to your specification give you a similar price.
B: You can send us a drawing; we can according to your drawing give you one price.
