JHG SERIES ROTARY DRYER
JHG Series Rotary Dryer is a kind of drying equipment adopting thermal conduction and heat radiation to transfer the heat, which rotates entirely with the HE tubes fastened at one end while flexible at the other and can be changed freely. The material inlet, returning and outlet of which can be accomplished continously.
In our company, this series applies the new type scatter plate device; it can guide direction, flow on an average and scatter the material and so on. And it can make the material in the thin, average and complete condition. Contact the heat airflow completely and use the heat energy fully. Moreover, it adopts reasonable operational parameter, and compared with general drier, it reduce the coal and power consumption above10-15%,and increase the output above10-15%. At present, it is widely used in cement and mining industries.
It can be widely applied in the drying of material with high moisture in chemical industry, light industry and pharmacy. It can adjust the drying time according to material features and moisture requirements ,with the features of high automation, clean environment and steady operation.
